The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is organizing the 1st of the series of ‘#CREDAIbility’ themed property shows at Hitex from 2nd to 4th August 2024. The event will exclusively showcase RERA-registered projects from CREDAI member developers, ensuring transparency and trustworthiness for buyers. It was inaugurated by C Sekhar Reddy, Vice Chairman, IGBC National, G Ram Reddy, Secretary, CREDAI National, Ch Ramachandra Reddy, EC Member, CREDAI National in the presence of V. Rajashekhar Reddy, President, N. Jaideep Reddy, President-elect, B. Jagannath Rao, Secretary CREDAI Hyderabad along with other CREDAI leaders, members, representatives from financial institutions, IPC’s and other vendors. Yesterday evening A. Revanth Reddy, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Government of Telangana and D. Sridhar Babu, Hon’ble Minister for Industries and IT, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Revenue, Housing, Information & Public Relations, Government of Telangana, Dana Kishore, Principal Secretary, MAUD along with Smt Amrapali Kata GHMC Commissioner of Telangana and Shri Sarfaraz Ahmed Metropolitan Commissioner HMDA and other dignitaries held a special session with the Leaders from the real estate industry where the Hon’ble CM shared his vision for Hyderabad 2050.

The CREDAI Hyderabad property show will have over 200 exhibitors displaying more than 800 projects ranging from affordable housing to ultra-luxury apartments, villas, open plots, commercial complexes etc. Some of the leading financial institutions would also participate in the property show offering the best schemes on home loans for prospective buyers.  Following this, the next two property shows will take place from August 9th to 11th at Shree Conventions, Kompally, and from August 23 to 25 at Nagole Metro Station. These strategically chosen locations will host a diverse range of real estate professionals, including developers, building material manufacturers, consultants, and financial institutions, all showcasing the latest advancements in the sector.

Two reports on the trends and outlook on the real estate sector by CBRE and CRE Matrix were also unveiled at the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2024.

This growth is continuing under the leadership of Hon’ble CM, Shri Revanth Reddy which is quite evident from the registration of over 45,000 properties from November 2023 to June 2024 and an 8% YoY price increase. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the government for their strategic initiatives and substantial investment plans unveiled in the state budget to bolster the economic growth, boost infrastructure and initiatives to ensure the all-around development of Hyderabad. We had a session with the Hon’ble CM yesterday where he highlighted the vision for Hyderabad 2050 which was very encouraging. He has also assured of support to the real estate sector to help propel the growth and realization of his vision. The Government has identified Hyderabad and the area up to ORR as the Core Urban Region (CUR) which accounts for 48.6% population of the state and is the core growth engine of the state. A budget allocation of Rs. 10000 Crore will help accelerate the growth of this region. Also, the allocation of ₹1,525 crore for the development Regional Ring Road to spread the development in the state will play a pivotal role in the growth of the state. Significant funds have been earmarked for crucial projects such as Metro Water Works (₹3,385 crore), the extension of the Hyderabad Metro Rail Project and Old City Metro (₹500 crore each), and the enhancement of the Multi-Modal Transport System (₹50 crore). The emphasis on making suburbs self-sustaining with amenities like parks, community halls, and schools will alleviate pressure from local civic bodies and promote satellite townships will act as major catalysts for the Real Estate sector. “
