Visionet Systems has bagged the prestigious Skill First Employer Award at the 2nd edition of India HR Conclave 2025 on 4th April at Bengaluru. This award reflects Visionet’s commitment to its employees in terms of growth and development, and building a high-performance workplace. Other nominees for different awards categories included some prominent names in the industry, like Infosys, Honeywell, BPCL, Lemontree, Ola Electric, Groww, Accenture, Swiggy, etc. 

The India HR Conclave 2025, an exclusive event aimed at sensitizing HR professionals, CXOs, and founders about the significant impact of employee welfare on organizational success, also featured insightful discussions on inclusive workplaces, work-hour debates, and creating employee-first cultures.
