Amazon has launched two new Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) offerings aimed at helping U.S. merchants sell across more channels while cutting logistics costs.
Merchants enrolled in Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) — Amazon’s third-party logistics service, already used by hundreds of thousands of U.S. sellers — can now add the Prime badge and fast, free Prime delivery directly to their own websites at no extra cost beyond standard MCF fees. Setup takes minutes via the Amazon MCF and Buy with Prime app for Shopify, with Prime membership verified after checkout so shoppers don’t need to log into Amazon. Amazon says early adopters have seen more than 40% of eligible orders ship with Prime delivery on average.
Separately, the new MCF Preferred Pricing Program lets FBA sellers save 15–25% on fulfillment fees across their own websites, marketplaces and social channels for the first six months, combining fee discounts with FBA credits per unit shipped. There are no contracts, and discounts apply automatically at checkout via one-click enrollment through Seller Central.
“When our shoppers see Prime delivery on our website, it changes their confidence level, especially first-time buyers,” said Gabriella Luksander, General Manager at Skinnies Instant Lifts. “Since enabling it, we’ve seen a nearly 10% increase in sales, orders go out in about a day and a half, and ‘where is my order’ inquiries have nearly disappeared.”
“Merchants keep telling us the same thing: they want to use our logistics everywhere they sell because we’re fast, reliable, and help them manage their inventory in one place,” said Peter Larsen, Vice President of Amazon Supply Chain Services. “Now we’re giving merchants two ways to grow: fast, free Prime delivery on their own site at no added cost, and deeper fulfillment discounts the more they ship with us.”
Amazon says merchants using MCF alongside FBA have cut out-of-stock rates by 19% and improved inventory turnover by 12% on average, with over 18% higher sales after adding MCF to off-Amazon channels.
