Garmin has launched the Cirqa, a screen-free fitness and health band, in India at ₹25,990, about three months after its global debut in July. The band has no display: users start and stop activities with an on-device button and read their data in the Garmin Connect app, on Android or iPhone. It is sold on Garmin India’s website.
The Cirqa has a fabric band and a fibre-reinforced polymer case, and is rated 5 ATM for water resistance. It comes in Small/Medium (fits wrists of 120–200 mm) and Large/Extra Large (145–240 mm), in Mauve, French Grey, Black and Captain Blue, though the larger size is not offered in French Grey. Garmin claims up to 10 days of battery life. It tracks heart rate, blood oxygen (Pulse Ox), stress and HRV, offers sleep scoring and coaching, Body Battery energy monitoring, and menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking. On the fitness side, it provides Training Readiness, Training Status, VO2 max and recovery time, and can track more than 80 activities manually, with running and walking detected automatically. It uses the phone’s GPS for pace and distance.
Core features work without a subscription. The optional Garmin Connect+ plan adds AI-driven insights, guided workouts, Garmin Coach training plans, meditation and nutrition tools. Skin-temperature data can sync with the Natural Cycles app, which needs its own subscription. The reports reviewed did not say whether the band will be sold through other retailers.
