Turtlemint, the technology-driven platform that distributes insurance and other financial products through a network of advisors, has appointed Monica Anshul Mishra as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. The move places HR leadership in the hands of an executive with nearly two decades of experience across banking, retail, and fintech.

Mishra joins Turtlemint from Fibe.India, formerly known as EarlySalary, where she was elevated to CHRO last year after leading the fintech’s human capital management function. Before Fibe, she spent close to a decade at Yes Bank, rising to group executive vice president for human capital management. Her earlier career included roles at Reliance Retail in talent acquisition, and at footwear brand Catwalk Worldwide, following an initial stint as an HR generalist at Piramal Pharma. In between corporate roles, she also founded her own HR consultancy, hrforstartup, in 2020. She holds an MBA in human resources and marketing from Vikram University.
